Next to Sunday morning attendance, the best way to get “plugged in” here at CPC is to join one of our “Community Groups,” which generally meet twice a month (except during summer) at church or in the homes of CG leaders. We have several community groups that meet in different geographical locations. Contact Pastor Jon if you’d like to get plugged into one of these!
Our Community Groups also double as our "Shepherding Groups," which serve as clusters of members in our congregation that are overseen by the elders on our leadership team. While our elders seek to shepherd all members of CPC well, we encourage members to get connected with a Community Group.
We currently have Community Groups in Elk Grove Village, Bartlett/Elgin, Arlington Heights, West Chicago, and several in the Wheaton area. We would love to help you get connected to a CG in your neighborhood!
Friday Morning Community Group
We will also hold a Friday morning Community Group gathering at the CPC church building in Roselle on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of the month at 10:00 AM, geared especially toward adults in retirement years. Pastor Jon will coordinate this group, along with George & LeAnne Seaver. Please contact Pastor Jon or Emily Plach for more information or to connect with this group.
